Shipping Policy

General Terms

Nishant Aromas Private Limited (“Nishant Aromas” or “Seller”) strives to deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner. By placing an order with Nishant Aromas, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Timeline:

All delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on the location and the nature of the order. Nishant Aromas shall not be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as customs clearance, logistical issues, or force majeure events.

2. Delivery Locations:

Nishant Aromas delivers to domestic and international locations, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs, if not included in the product price, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Incoterms:

All deliveries are made in accordance with the agreed-upon Incoterms outlined in the Order Confirmation or Specific Terms and Conditions.

5. Partial Shipments

• Nishant Aromas reserves the right to fulfill and invoice orders in multiple shipments if:
  The partial shipment does not cause inconvenience to the Buyer.
• The balance of the order is assured for delivery within the agreed timeframe.

6. Customs and Duties

For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in the destination country.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch, the Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available) to monitor the progress of the delivery.

8. Loss or Damage During Transit

Nishant Aromas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit by third-party carriers. The Buyer should inspect the goods upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage to the carrier and Nishant Aromas in writing.

9. Suspension of Delivery

The Seller reserves the right to withhold shipments if the Buyer fails to fulfill its payment obligations or violates the terms of the Agreement.
