Laxmikant Harlalka

PROMOTER is a graduate and has operational and managerial experience of over 30 years. Being a founder of Nishant Aromas he has worked diligently in converting the dream of the Company to realty.

Ramakant Harlalka

WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR a graduate in Chemical Engineering from UDCT is currently appointed as Whole Time Director in NAPL. He has being closely associated in several FnF Industry organization and has represented India on major ISO Panels as a nominee of BIS.

Sanjay Harlalka

WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR As Whole Time Director- his knowledge extends from sourcing of raw materials to their processing and to the final consumers of aroma chemicals.

Sandeep Harlalka

CHIEF OPERATING EXECUTIVE As Chief Operating Executive, his major role in the company is to oversee investments and operations. He has spearheaded the retail aromatherapy segment in the year 1996.

Nikunj Harlalka

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Chief Executive Officer in NAPL is committed in strengthening NAPL’s position as the innovation partner and has contributed significantly in growth.

Nishant Harlalka

CHIEF PERFUMER Did a professional course in perfumery from Thailand that helped him gain knowledge about the fundamentals of perfumery, ingredients and formulation.

Pawan Kumar Sharma

WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR He is responsible for administrative transformation and promotes good management practices, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance.
