Delivery Policy

Delivery

Deliveries shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which shall be interpreted in line with the Incoterms in force at the time of signing the Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in the Specific T&Cs agreed upon by the Parties, all delivery dates and timelines provided by Nishant Aromas Private Limited are approximate and non-binding.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery. Any delay in delivery shall not release the Buyer from its obligation to accept the goods or products delivered.

Partial Deliveries

Nishant Aromas Private Limited reserves the right to make and invoice partial deliveries, provided that:

• The goods delivered are usable by the Buyer.
• The delivery of the remaining goods is assured.
• The partial delivery does not cause additional work or costs for the Buyer, unless Nishant Aromas Private Limited agrees in writing to bear such additional costs.

The Buyer is obligated to pay the price specified in the Specific T&Cs for the quantity of goods or products delivered.

Suspension of Delivery

Nishant Aromas Private Limited reserves the right to suspend deliveries if the Buyer fails to make any payment due within the agreed timeframe.

Scheduled Deliveries

If the Parties agree to scheduled deliveries (e.g., quarterly, half-yearly, or on any periodic basis), the Buyer shall not have the right to cancel, delay, or suspend any scheduled delivery once the Order has been confirmed by Nishant Aromas Private Limited.
